okay im trying to lose like atleast 5 pounds by december 10th!!

someone help me!!

and like I want to do it without having to loose my boobage or bootie..lol

because yea I mean they've gotten bigger but so has my tummy and thighs..

though my thighs are more toned than fat..I want to reduce those too..but how?!

a workout expert please help!

or anyone!!

im having the HARDEST time losing weight!

I go to the gym and to the track on a regular basis and I try to eat

healthy!

yet its not working!!!

ahhh!!!


how can I keep the weight off once I've accomplished it???!!

bc I find it VERY VERY hard to stay the EXACT same weight!

so how do I do it to keep off the unwanted?

and yes I do drink LOADS of water.
