I need help to loose 25 pounds in a month or less can you please help mee!!!
Do this: Jog for 20-30 minutes a day. Eat lots of fibers and NON-greasy/fatty foods. (Cereal/Salad are very good) Don't stuff your face or eat fast. Eat small portions, don't eat big meals. (5 small meals a day) And workout the parts that you wanna lose weight in. Ex. Stomach = Crunches. And last, keep active. After you work out don't just lay down. Walk around a bit or go to the store. Something active.
Unless your current weight is very VERY high that's not a safe weight loss goal. Why do you "need" to lose so much so fast?
