Will jogging everyday give me a nice figure?

will jogging everyday for about 30 mins and eating right give you a nice figure?.. as in a curvy body and small stomach and a small tight lifted butt?? :) if you know please tell me.

THIS IS NOT AN ASNWER. as I allready said its not a answer but something I really wanna say.uh im a girl on 12 and have a normal body, but in not saticfied. and was searshing allot and I found simple explanaitions and a lots of info and just wanted to say how greatful I an that I have internett. And that some people make those type of forums

Running can be a good cardio exercise (assuming your joints can take it which unfortnuately mine no longer can).

Resistance training is the best way to transform your body though.

Your best strategy is to do both cardio and resistance training. If you don’t belong to a health club you can get a good resistance workout with little more than a few pair of dumbells.

well it will probably help out the legs out pretty well and eating right can help but if you want the stomach then doing sit ups in different positions could be very helpful as well

running does help it overall ups burning calories and if ur burning more than ur taking in then your overall bodyfat is reduced giving you a nice figure

Yes, yes, yes, and yes yesenny. Have you ever seen pictures of Marilyn Monroe? Jogging was her favorite exercise and she looked good in a burlap bag. And you don’t want a six pack stomach like a man’s, a “little” baby fat around the tummy is sexy. Just a little!
