whats the healtiest food...??
tHERE IS NOT JUST ONE FOOD THAT IS MOST NUTRITIOUS. THERE ARE 5 GROUPS: GRAIns, milk, protein, fruit, veggies. Your body needs all. Whole grains are preffered, lean meats, and portion control and variety of f&v.
Fish!!! haha I think.. I mean they contain omega 3 which are the most needed types of fat and they contain protien along with many many other vitamins.. thats why the japanese live so long!!
