If you wanted to be a runner but you smoked, how would the smoking affect your running?
It means that you arent as fit and that you cant run for as long/as fast as you normally would. It decreases your lung capacity and so you cant build up your breathing as well. I looked on your profile and It said you are 13. Do you smoke? or have you before? because smoking is so bad for you especially at such a young age.
the other response is true, but if you are just starting to run for the first time, it's going to suck and hurt anyway. just pace yourself and you will build up capacity.
it affects your breathing and if you cant brath properly or cant breath then you cant run for as long as you could if your lungs were healthy and free from tar
Yes smoking effects your ability to run faster. It effects your breating thus effecting your running speed
