How would losing 5lbs affect my body?

I’m 14, really short-5’0’’, and I’m 110lbs. I really want to lose 5 lbs because I don’t like my mufinish-top tummy or arm flab. I especially can’t stand my ‘face/ chin fat’, because it does Absolutely Nothing for my round face. I’m not overweight or chubby, but I need to tone up(I run my track and play volleyball already), I feel so fat. I only eat healthy and only 3 times a day, nothing How many cup sizes will this shrink my boobs?

Running is good, running is the absolute best exercise you can do. It uses up a lot of energy I.e fats and vastly improves your stamina with greater use. Good stamina leads to farther running and better health. Oh and right now since you’re not new to it, do it to exhaustion. As if you were running for your life. Many people nowadays aren’t good at leaving their comfort zone. Don’t you ever give up! You can do it! GO FOR BROKE!! :D

Answer #2

not much. losing it a week yes. try to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week. thats healthy.

and eat 5 to 6 times a day.

its speeds up your metabolism to eat more times, because it makes your body assume that it will have food in its body soon, and that makes it burn and digest the food in your stomache faster. which in turn burns more.

faster metabolism, faster weight loss.

exercise a lot, and in a month or two, you should be getting the results you hoped for.

note: also, stretching your neck daily will lose that neck fat.

like moving your head up and down, left to right, side to side, and rolling it from left to your front, to your right, not behind your neck.
