How do I help heal a rash?

I got a rash from my hair wrap. The wrap is underneath my second layer so when I brush my hair, it pulls little hairs out making it turn into a rash (idk why). Its right behind my right ear and it itches really bad. I clipped my hair back and put neosporin on it, but I cant cut it, it was way to expenive, and it will look stupid because of the hair length. What could I do?

It sounds like a chemical rash. Whatever you did or used stop using it. Switch your shampoo to johnsons baby shampoo. And if it’s not better in a week go see your primary doctor. I’ve had a ton of experiances with rashes. I hope this helps.
