drinking alcohol isn't a benefit. lol only red wine cause of some kind of mineral or something in it and also a little before bed helps adults relax after a stressful day but being drunk isnt good for anyone. lol dude you're talking to a 14 yr old girl that lives in Saudi. lol I don't drink :P Promise. lol xDDD usually I sit down on the floor or lean on the wall to I wont fall. lol
I do TKD :D Sorry, felt the need to mention it xD I agree with this, it's probably because of a sudden change in movement. Happens to me all the time except when I'm at TKD.. might have something to do with your blood flow?
and it's better to not drink alcohol, the harm and evil of it is more than the "Medical" benefit... evil?? yes evil, crimes rate is always very high where people drink and many arresting committing a crime DRunk...
blood doesn't reach brain.....low blood pressure, don't drink alcoholics, eat well, do a exercises for about 2 minutes at least 5 times a day..total 10, the more the better AND!!! u can visit a doctor
lol No just when I get up EVER pretty much. lol unless I have been walking around a lot and just sit down for a minute. o.o I noticed that I don't feel it all the time when I am in my TKD class..
Like when you get up in the morning? I think it may be because of the sudden change in movement...I've been laying down so long that standing up sort of messes up the brain...momentarily.
once you feel it!! lower your head. make it in the level of your knees or lower, or don't stand too fast, breath well too, to organize the heart beat for blood pressure
It happens to me too. It might be because you stand up too quickly and you go dizzy. Not sure why it happens, but maybe if you stand up more slowly it won't happen.
your anemic , go to a doctor they will gave medication to get rid of tape worm and give you some good supplements to regain your health
