If youve lost 10lbs or more please tell me how I have 30 to lose. Any advice will help.
I have lost 10lbs and what I did was to eat healthy and exercise 1 hour everyday and sometimes more I ate 4 servings of fruits and vegetables 3 cups of dairy products 5 ounces of grains and meat or chicken I also cut back on all junk foods and drank only water it was hard at first and its still is because all that junk food gets so tempting at home but I have to buy it because my brothers love junk foods and its hard because you can only lose 1 pound per week so in 10 weeks I lost 10lbs that is about 3 months. so its hard but at least its worth it because I can maintain it off and people didnt start to notice until I lost 5lbs so yeah, please do what I say and it will help you
I've lost 2st and 2 pounds :D But I'm on a healthy eating plan with the club Slimmingworld. You should check it out! Also, swimming is an excellent way to shift extra weight becuase your whole body is getting a workout :) Hope this helps. x
I think I have when I took those half hour walks around my area while listening to my iPod. I was dressed normally,but yet I was exercising as well.
just start eating healthyer if your not already. well thats what I did
