Okay so I've been working out more than the usual And losing some weight, trying to eat good, cut out sweets And what not but I want to know what other things I can Do or eat (mostly eat because I do a lot of abdominal workout) To make my abs noticeable.. I have a very strong core (not to be cocky) And I know that if I shed some more fat It will be noticeable Question is what all else do I have to do to get Such wonderful thing?

Things I do now (so you wont mention them in your advice):

~work out on a daily bases ~a lot of abdominal work/challenges ~im workin on drinking a gallon and a half of water a day ~do like 25 min of cardio every other day if I can More regularly ~trying to cut out sweets.. But I will admit I have downfalls.. ~eat smaller portions during the day To help my metabolism speed up.

And thats all I can think of for now..
