Please don't think that you have ADHD - you haven't even listed any symptoms of the disorder. I would avoid medication at all costs unless it is absolutely indicated. Developing a new behaviour can be very difficult for any person and generally takes up to 6 months of practicing the same behaviour for it to become a learned routine. It depends on what exactly it is that you are wanting to stick to but try coming up with some strategies that target specifically the behaivour that you would like to develop. If it is a matter of getting up and going somewhere or doing something, identify what the barriers are to doing so and think of ways to overcome them such as setting your alarm, moving your alarm clock across the room forcing you to have to get up and turn it off, write down your goal the night before, reward yourself for successfully completing your routine, involve friends or family to help you out or cheer you on, etc., etc. Don't get too down on yoursel either if you are unsuccessful on one occassion, just re-focus on your goal and get back at it! Like I said, it can take upwards of six months to devleop a new routine.
Good luck!

Do you mean you get distracted easily? That is all down to will-power and discipline.
Maybe you have a form of A.D.D. or A.D.H.D.?
