I have quite a few health issues so my hands shake constantly, but I've noticed that they shake worse after I eat.
Hands shaking (medically referred to as "tremor") can be caused by stress or anger - you may be angry with yourself for eating if you are overweight and on a diet.
It can be caused by alcohol, caffeine and cigarette smoking - maybe you drink too much alcohol or strong coffee with a meal, or smoke afterwards.
Hand tremor is more apparent while using fine motor control to move objects (e.g. cutlery while eating) - maybe you become more aware of the shaking while and after the extensive use of your hands while eating.
They can be caused by certain drügs - maybe with your health issues you have to take tablets with meals and those are the tablets that are causing the tremor.
They can be caused by low blood sugar, - if you are diabetic, you may be letting your blood sugar level get too low before eating, thus causing the tremor when food has not been digested to increase blood sugar level.

You've stated that you have quite a few health issues already so i would suggest bringing this up with your doctor since it could be a sign of something wrong. I would believe that it would have to do with your diet and what your eating (like diabetics) that is causing your shakiness after meals...but im not a doctor.
I have an appointment scheduled next week. But thanks.
Sarissa, get it checked by your MD...
Okay thanks.
