Why is my left hand shaking?

Any idea what might be making my left hand shake?.I try taking a drink of water. And I felt the cup moving. -.- my hand was shaking. My right hand don’t shake tho.I never notice it before. So it might be something new to me.I cant think of nothing that could be causing this? Any clues.well I have been up for a long time. Probably about 24 hours.so maybe that could be something. But still any clues of why my hand shaking for.

stress could definitely be a reason.. you could be very fatigued.. take a lot of rest, if it still doesn’t stop that, you may have some kind of nerve problem… have it checked..

Taking a random guess here!!!

Your body may be dehydrated so in return your muscles are tired and cant keep your hand under a stable still movement so when blood is moving in the veins of your hand the pulsation of the blood shook it and your muscles cant control it? sounds logical to you it does to me lol.
