Im taking art and English over the summer with in six weeks it shall be. How can I make sure I don't go insane?
What exactly does seven units mean? In Canada, I guess it's called something different haha. I'm taking several condensed summer courses as well! Like yours, it's been condensed to six weeks and I'm taking two of those courses during both half of my summer. I finished my first set of courses already so I can tell you, it goes FAST. Faster than you initially would have thought, you have to make sure you are ontop of everything, all your readings, all your assignments, studying etc. It does depend on the course itself of course, some might be less heavy, sadly mine were both really heavy. Quite frankly, this first set of courses was very tough, I was debating dropping my second half but I decided to stay with it. I tried my best to make sure that after every lecture I spend time on the homework and review. I also worked a lot so I brought a textbook with me to work to study during my breaks. Do make sure though, that you take time to rest and give yourself a little break and fun here and there, haha else I think you'd go insane. I would.
The units are how much the class is worth. Example English 1A 4 units, History20 3units which would equal 7units. Condensed never heard of lol like you said its different from yalls. Yes its already going to be over the first week already :/. Got my first test next week totally trying not to freak out on it.
See im taking this summer art history and English which English no problem for me at all. Just my art course I have no clue about art. Which makes it harder for me to be interested in the course. Lecture for me in art kinda of ridiculous he does magic tricks. First day started to study and this time all myself to rest. Im just hoping ill make it out a live....
