Do you guys think I will be able to raise my grades by the end of the year?

There is only a month left of school and I’m stressed out because I have C’s and D’s in some classes! I really really really need to raise them! Has anyone been in this situation? Please share your experiences! I need some motivation.

You will definitely raise your grades if you work and study hard. I know it’s sometimes hard to find the motivation, especially when it’s SO close to summer, but it really all just comes down to trying. Make sure you do all of your homework assignments, and do a decent amount of studying before a quiz or test. Talk to your teachers about ways to bring up your grade. Also, talk to your teacher if you fail something. Honestly, if a teacher sees that you’re working and trying hard, they might bump your grade up a teeny bit. In the first quarter of the beginning of the year, I had a C+ (literally 1 point away from a B) in chemistry. I talked to my teacher about it, and asked if there was ANYTHING I could do to bring it up. I somehow ended up getting a B on my report card without doing anything haha. I currently have a C- in AP US History, so I’m in a similar situation as you! I’ve been relying on homework, projects, and extra credit to bring it up since I fail all the tests haha (the class is ridiculous!). These little things are helping, for sure. It’s all about putting in effort. Good luck!
