what do you guys think of the poem i wrote?

To my dear, Even though you’re not here I think if I speak, you’ll hear Will you listen if I speak clear?

I’m running on ice One more step and it’ll slice I’m slipping under in vice I really miss your good advice

Even though you’re not here I still feel your shadow near Holding my hand tight, I don’t believe you’re out of sight Though maybe I can’t see you, Maybe you have passed, But I will hold your hand until the last

I’m sweating in fear right now My thoughts are holding me down I’m trying to leave this town But leaving you won’t allow

I’m starting to feel real lost. In between these roads that cross, I’m a victim of my own exhaust If only you could thaw me from this frost
