Should I invite him to my birthday?

Before everything happened, we were really close friends since the 1st day of school. And I liked him ever since. I found out that he liked me when my friend asked him out for me. And so after we broke up with him saying I thought I liked you but I didn’t. I know everything is awkward and really hard to be friends with your ex and stuff. He went to italy for a month and when he gets back im going to portugal. And when I get back, he will go to Florida soon after then school. We still talk though. So im not gonna be able to talk to him for a while and we said that we were gonna miss each other. I kinda am over him since we were close. Im afraid that we lost our friendship and everything wont be the same as before. And im not sure what to do. Lastly, my birthday is coming up and I wanna do something. Im turning 15. Should I have a small one or a big one? I got a pool. Should I invite him? That’s all, thanks.

Yeah you should invite him probably just have a small party and it will give you two a better chance to talk
