Is it normal to feel really depressed at the end days of your periodd?
It is totally normal. Your body is getting MAJOR chemical/hormonal rushes as your body gets rid of the unfertilized egg. It is normal to fell depressed (due to the chemicals) from before your period starts (because those hormones start before your period and CAUSE your period) until afterwards when everything goes back to "normal".
PMS is before your period. but yah I dont know what it is but its normal
