Why do some girls lie to guys about not being a virgin and about how many times they've had sex?

Because they don’t want to seem easy… so the guy won’t try to get in their pants..

but if they lie about NOT being a virgin when they really are a virgin, wouldnt that make them seem easy?

no. ive just recently had sex for the first time, and id prefer to just pretend i am still a virgin because i really dont want ppl to look at me differently. in a sense, i am seen as a good girl, and i wouldnt want ppl to talk… i just think i want to keep it within my own privacy.

to most girls having their virginity can be embaressing admitting it to a guy, to girls its a virtue all up until a guy asks if they are, and girls are more secret about their sexual lives to others about their sexual life then guys are so they will lie to make them seem perfect to the guy she is talking to

I think lying about being or not being a virgin just starts the relationship off on a lie…and those types of relationships never work and the lie ALWAYS comes out.
