ghost in my kitchen !

I believe in ghost cause I seen them many time. but this is kinda creeping me out. last night I was sitting on the computer in the front room ( kitchen is right next to it) it was like 1am dark outside am the only one up. for some strange reason I wanted to look in the kitchen ( the light wasnt on so it was dark in therE) when I did it felt like something was looking back. so I quickly turn my head. then I got the feeling to look again. so I did. and it still felt like something was watching back. so I stare in there for like 3 min. and I seen a figure. like a 6 foot tall one. kinda buff. standing there. so I turn my head again. I could still feel it watching me. so I look again it look like it move a bit. so I kinda panic. and went to my room. it wasnt on person it was a freaking ghost? what do ya think?. I know what I saw. I see a lot of thing in this house

I believe you can think that you saw something cus that happens to me 2.bt until your not 100% sure don’t claim that you saw a ghost.

Sorry we are not trying to doubt you and only you know how real it is and if we saw what you saw we probably be as freaked out as you. But I know that for me if I am alone in my house and I get the feeling that somebody is watching me I kind of start getting paranoid and have to turn on all the lights and start wondering “Did I really see that there or is just my imagination?”

Well there are two explanations for that. One, you were tired since it was one o’clock in the morning and you simply imagined the figure, that happened to me before . Or two, you saw a ghost.

well im a skeptic and if it didnt move after you saw it the second time I dont know if its a ghost did you check to see if any thing around cast that shadow =]

Ummm I believe in ghosts so I do think you saw one! Thats soo fricken scary!!! Anyway talk to someone about it they may think your crazy at first but trust me they’ll believe you sooner or later!!

Logical explanation: You imagined it your brain some times will play tricks on you and let you see what you want… But you never know it could have been a real ghost!
