getting rid of my belly

I am not the skinniest person. I am comfortable with most of my body image… except for my stomach… let’s just say I could lose a few inches. Should I just go with crunches or does someone have another idea?

I’m in the same situation. I just started kickboxing about a month ago and it is such a good workout, better than joining a gym in my opinion. It’s also a really fun way to workout!

Honestly, losing weight can be easy, if you take the time and dedication that you need to and have realistic goals.

You need a proper diet, cut out the junk, soda’s, carbs, etc. Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.

Any type of excersice will help you loose weight, if you want to focus on your stomach though pick one’s that will help you tone that area. Crunches, Yoga, Tha-Chi, Pilates, Sit-Ups, etc.

ok im DEFINATLY not the skinniest person but I have been losing weight lately.

I run atleast 3miles a day(or more) for 3 days a week or more. that usually gets in a workout. anything less than 3 miles isnt worth it.

I eat like I regularly do. which is prob. why I havent lost that much weight. I also ocassionally go to the gym with my aunt and do weight training.

Start off with power-walking. Then move up to running slowly, and after a while running at a medium pace. Don’t eat until you can barely breathe. Know when to stop…a little before you’re full.

Avoid a lot of “white carbs”, white flour, stuff like that. Don’t eat many sweet foods (no ice cream, cookies, cake, ect). Drink water before every meal to curb your appetite. Eat a lot of green veggies and fruits, healthy soups and sandwiches, ect.

Do excercises: curl-ups, sit ups, and look up different excercises that will flatten your abdomen.

WARNINGS: Don’t JUST eat veggies, though! Get the nutrients and vitamins that you need!

Don’t become impatient! Results will come, you just have to wait for them! :)

TIPS: Excercise four or five times a week.

Drink a lot of water! Avoid store-bought fruit juices…a lot of them are from concentrate and are loaded with extra refined sugar. If you are going to drink juice, juice it yourself at home with a juicer.

Good luck! Hope I helped!
