Getting fit before school starts

Ok so im 13 and I think I weighed 130 at the beginning of july and for about a week and a half I have done jumping jacks twice 75 times each and I have done at least 30 crunches every day and the past 3 days I have done 50 or more crunches plus I havent been eating a lot do you think I have lost weight.

It sounds very likely. If you dont have scales at home there are often public scales in large supermarkets, pharmacies, swimming pools and gymns. But be sure to eat enough. It is a very bad, dangerous idea to go on a starvation diet. It would be a good idea to look on the internet for a calorie needs calculator which determines how many calories you must consume to be healthy.
