Any heath tips on getting fit?

Hey guys im 13yrs old im 5ft1in && im 104lbs. I play volleyball and I run crosscountry. Everscence school ended started gettin kinda fatter..I dont wanna go on a diet and I run everyday and im startimg to eat right again…any tips on gettin fit?? Please help.

Keep doing what your doing eating right and going for walks and stuff its because all the energy you put into games and stuff while at school has stopped your not doing enough exercise for your body since its ended is all getting out and about should solve your problems :)

hey sweet. try starting a dance class for fun. it will boost your confidence, help you make new friends, and get you really fit. good luck!

Run everyday and drink a lot of water try to eat small portions for breakfast,lunch and so on…try to eat as many fruits as possible I love themmm!! I like to eat the special k bars and the cereal im reall slim cause I play sports and I dance ballet so that helps a lot too..I run everyday and I do all the above exactly what I told you and im reallly fit so try that…and dont forget always eat breakfast if you miss breakfast too much you will see youre gona get a lil chubby lol its true…just eat right,workout on your own and play sports with your friends in the meantime youll be back in shape in no timeee!!!
