possibly. It could happen. And if it does happen it could be because as some dogs bite/lick themselves for cleaning and itchiness. maybe the dog has salled some hair from licking/cleaning it’s fur just as cats do.
Normally a dog doesn’t clean itself well enough or often enough to get hair balls…unless of course, you’re just asking if a dog has furry balls…and the answer is yes…unless they have been neutered. :)
