I am currently in sophomore year , waiting for my bachelor degree in Finance & accounting. In most cases companies usually ask for at least 2 years of professional job experiences. But as i will be a fresh graduates with no experiences how should i manage to get a job ?
You start now, volunteering or interning for free. To date I have never interviewed for a job. People have just offered me jobs either through volunteering experience (obviously you have to do a good job, or why would they offer), or just by knowing the type of work I do. Talk to your professors, they're going to have connections. And just talk to as many people as possible. The number one way people get hired is internally (so basically people working there).
just ask around, in our resume try to include things youve done in your life that could relate to the type of job your going for. for example if you take care of your younger siblings a lot and were going to a job in childcare, you could include that as its helpful and gives you a little expirience. other than that all you can do is wait untill soemone eventaully gives you a chance, just act profesional and dont give up searching
There is always the first time for everything. Those employers might not be that interested in hiring u-experienced people, but they will also understand how fresh graduates are. So just dare yourself to apply for those vacant position. Show them what you've got at anytime you are given a chance. Good Luck! :-D
Start looking NOW for a summer internship! If you find one, try to extend it into the following school year on a part time basis.
Keep track of all the contacts you make while you're looking, even the ones that don't pan out. After you graduate, you can go back to them and they will remember you.
