theres that flirty girl fitness work out ... the one with the chair and the pole and the sexy dancing....then there is zumab just like kittybby said, i saw it on the comercial it look fun, and then if u have one of those ddr mats u can play it at home for a while and it will help, but u also have to eat right i dont think exercise alone will help you lose wieght because if u dont eat right after you exercise ur just gonna gain all the weight back, and u basically waisted ur time
ZUMBA!!!!!!!!!! =D Go to youtube and search it! They're so much fun!! You just gotta do like, 5 vids a day and then a cool down and a nice full body stretch before and after your work out. Do this everyday (and, unless you already eat healthy and no late-night eating, change your eating habits) your garunteed to loose weight! I've been doing zumba for not even that long and I already have the strongest calves ever!!! =D I love zumba!!
