how can you lose 15 pounds in 3 months WITHOUT exercising?

I am 5 feet and 3 inches tall and weigh 124 pounds.I know that I dont seem overweight, but im mostly fat and water.no muscles at all. I HATE to exercise. any tips on how to lose 15 pounds WITHOUT exercising? I am now a vegan (no meat but still eats fish). so any tips??!

low carb diet =] carbs ARE good for you but too many store unused energy.. mostly fat. exercising just burns water weight and when you drink its back almost instantly..

It would be a very foolish thing to try to do. The right food and eercise go hand in hand. You don’t mention how old you are? Try cutting out a lot of salt from your diet and the usual sweets etc all the bad things you know you shouldn’t eat. But realistically you need exercise for toning

You can lose the 15 lbs, but without exercise, you’ll still have “mostly fat and water.no muscles at all”…if you hate programed exercising, then start walking…walking is the best overall exercise there is.
