  just about everything from a deli section in your food store is no good eg; cold meats and salamis etc. chicken from take-away is also no good as its usually been sitting around a while...soft cheeses are bad also...um... all the stuff that tastes good pretty much I lived without during both pregnancys of mine. as soon as my babies were deliverd I was like bring me brie cheese and salami as im a savory girl. anything thats not cooked at home is dodgy. left over foods are no good also as they can have bacteria in them from the fridge. BIGEST THING IS CATS POO. IF YOU HAVE A CAT YOU HAVE TO BE REALLY CAREFULL NOT TO CHANGE IS LITTER TRAY IF POSSIBLE OR YOU COULD GET TOXOPLASMOSIS. NOT GOOD FOR THE BABY. ASLO STAY AWAY FROM ANYONE WHO HAS THE CHICKEN POX. THOUGHT ID THROW THOSE THINGS IN FOR YOU. XX

  yes their are thing to stay away from a lot of fish has murcery in it a lot of people dont no this but yeah not all fish but some of them so ask your obgyn they have a list of things that arent good to eat also salt cut back on your salt intake you every seen a pregent person with swollen hands and feet well thats to much salt but you wont be able to tell untill your later months so cut back while you have the chance lol I didnt no untill I was 7 month my ankles were balloons lol

  whatever you do, try to stay away from caffeine !!! lol I learned the hard way, I've been a caffeine junkie for like 16 years & when I got pregnant, I didn't listen to my doctor about cutting back on coffee && coke.. so @ 7 months my doctor did a growth-scan on my baby && he only weighed 2lbs && the only explanation was the caffeine

  yes I forgot about the fish thing. some fish is ok though. Plus its good for the baby with the certain vitamins. but yes ask your docor or google food you can eat during pregnancy there will be heaps of sites. I will google for you and put some links on here for you xx

  sushi dont eat they advise not too. I use to have a whole list of stuff (from parenting class) but lost I try and find it and I'll get back to ya. k
