Eat foods which contain plenty of lean protein as this will give u plenty energy when your working out... dont completely avoid carbs and dairy but dont consume too much of these foods.. also ensure your getting plenty of vitamins and minerals... ideal foods would ..... WATER (most important) fruit and veg, lean meat, beans and pulses, nuts and seeds (watch the quantites as these can be high in fat if consumed too much) and fish, low fat dairy products such as low fat bio youghurts and skimmed or semi skimmed milk
