Looking thru the latest issue of "Conquest" magazine--a magazine published by Diabetes Australia--we see an article, written by a Nutritionist talking about all the foods diabetics must avoid. After 'removing' all these foods from one's diet, I'm afraid there is absolutely nothing a diabetic can eat!
bananas are low in colories and is healthy. cucumbers are great also. i think you should avoid avocadoes because it's the fruit with the most calories and fat. also, purple potatoes are very exotic and healthy, it's from asia.
