food obbsesion

I want to lose 30 pounds with in a month. I keep gaining a lot of weight, because I eat a lot. I love to eat and I also love to eat when im upset. I have a love relationship with food. and I really hate it. I need tips to make myself not love food as much, or like make me not abuse food. Is this making any sense lol.

ok well it takes about 3,500 calories to loose one pond so your basically gunna be obssesed with excercise and plus depending on how many calories you eat omg girl its hard work im telling you,but I lost 20 pounds by in a onth and a half by burning 2000 ncalories a day and eating 300 calorie meals so basially I ate 1000 calories a day also lots of water try avoid soda but if you crave it the diet soda it makes a huge difference

okayy what I did was I hung clothes that no longer fit me that I loved around myy room to remind me not to eat. also I drank prlyy 8-10 bottles of water a dayy and ate fruits veggies and chicken sometimes. I onlyy ate about 400 calories a dayy. I lost 17lbs in 9 days. after that tho the weight loss rlyyy slowed down. so tryy swimming walking running cardio. this like that too. the weight will come off so quicklyy

I am sorry to break it to you but you are probably not going to lose 30 pounds in a month, in a healthy way anyway. I know I am like that to or when I’m bored I will eat sometimes but try drinking a lot of water and fat free liquids. Try sticking to only snacking on fruits and vegetables and cut out all the bad stuff.
