How do I floss my back teeth when I have a small mouth but big hands?

and long fingers that have trouble fiting in my small mouth?

Answer #1

Make your floss a few inches longer than the usual length you do. When you get to your back teeth, try wrapping one end of your floss around your tongue, or hold the floss under your tongue and use your thumb and second finger to get the floss in between your back teeth, you can then remove one finger and pull the floss with your other finger. Its a little difficult to explain, sorry. If you still have trouble, you can just brush them once before flossing and then after flossing, its better than nothing (:

Answer #2

Some companies make a stick flosser. It’s shaped like a toothbrush, handle and all, except there is floss at the end. I’m sorry, I do not know a better way to describe them lol. But, I have used them, and they are helpful for reaching the back teeth. They are in the toothpaste aisle at stores, usually near the floss section.

You go to the pharmacy or grocery store and purchase a pack of dental floss picks. They look like this: http://funadvice.com/r/bfrqma2vmsc and this is an example package: http://funadvice.com/r/14p5rqjg8e1
