Big boobs! Need to prevent back strain.

My friend has size 36 d breast right now naturally, and she is having a breast augmentation in order to increase her bust by getting 550 cc implants added. I’m worried more so for her because at that size, I’m afraid that the pressure and strain on her back will be at such an amount that she will develop premature back injuries and issues.

My questions are simple. What precautions can she do to prepare for her final results after surgery? Also, what things can she do for herself, or learn to do, that will help minimize the amount of “wear and tear” that these new “twins” will do to her body?

well you cant really prevent back strain if there too big/heavy then there going to cause some problems make sure she talks to the surgeon and asks him/her if the size of them implants will suit her body and how much extra weight they’ll add, if they will contribute to back pain/strain ect apart from that they will end up sagging/drooping later on unless she had small boobs to begin with or went for an extremely fake look (when you can easily tell she had implants) so she can just do what everyone else can buy a good, well supporting bra
