If you have a fat belly you need to get rid of it so the abs will show so do 60min of hard fat burning cardio then google a ab routine and do that then If worked hard you will have abs
u gota runnnn...RUNNNN CARDIO... sit up wont do0 jack to ur abs.. Sit up is to build ur abs muscle... NOt design to loose fat.
