how do I get a flat stomach
alright before I got sick I had 6 pack abs...working my way again running works the lower abs, different types of crunches, the best 2 work the lower abs lie on your back legs str8 out then raise them vertically bring them down slowly and hold a lil more and hold then hold them off the floor about 12inches and hold for 3 mins (trust me it hurts!) once that gets easy for you open and close your legs quickly at 12 inches...repeat a few times
