Whats the easiest way to get a flat stomach and loosing weight from the top of my legs ?
Certain foods have been shown to increase abdominal weight; coffee, low quality carbs, alcohol (low sugar wine in moderation is ok), high fat foods, high calorie foods, high sodium foods, diet softt drinks (recent study released last week!), animal products.
You can not target weight loss through exercise, but you can cut out the foods that tend to cause abdominal weight gain. Of course, these are the same foods that tend to cause weight gain everywhere else too.
abdominal workout, cardio, and weight training, along with diet and more water intake.
