Fitness question

I read online to get cut and lean you have to do cardio and work out. What bothering me is: Can I wiegth lift ( chest, bicepts, tricepts, shoudlers, ect…) then after I do Cardio ( Hight Intest Interval Training) Is it a bad idea? any suggestion please.

Answer #1

lift weights first. then do cardio.

cardio is going to drain all your energy. lifting wieghts wont, only a acertain fuel that your muscles need.

but, it also helps to do a lot of sets and reps, of small weight, that gets you cut a lot faster when you combine weights and cardio.

try it. I know it wont fail you.

hasnt failed anybody yet.

As you can see on my picture. im not overweigth. I just want to get cut and lean. I’ve been working out, it is seems like I am getting bulky and not cut. I usually work out 2 hours a day. Now I want to add cardio to it. Should I do caridio first then intense work out, or work out first then (HIIT)

Answer #3

great. I will give that a try. Thank you so much for all your advice.

Answer #4

Cadio is a must with any work out regimine. If you are overweight, cardio is what trims you down to size. It increases your metabolismand circulation. Lifting weights is to bulk yourself up. If you are already at a healthy weight then feel free to go for the weights now. If you are not, then you will stay just as big, but will gain muscle. Also, doing smaller reps of higher weight builds muscle, while higher reps of less weight will tone.

Answer #5

I don’t see why that would be a bad idea …

Answer #6

You look natural to me. Have you ever seen pictures actually carved by ancient civilisations of there people? They look strong, and they were, but they did not look like these weight lifting freaks.
