Do fingernails grow back faster if you bite them or cut them?

I know that sounds really stupid of me to ask, but i have long(ish) nails and i’m doing this volunteer program and you can’t have long nails but when it’s over, then i want my nails to grow back fast so i need to know if i should cut them off or bite them off in order to achieve this plz.

Either way, they grow the same way. Never bite your nails though. Especially if they’re young. All the bacteria under goes into your body. It looks better too anyways. When they’re growing back, they’ll grow the same way. Some peoples nails just grow faster than others.

There is a nail polish you can buy at walgreens, walmart, or sally’s made by Salley Hanesne (i think thats how u spell it) that will help your nails grow. They also have some really pretty nail polish colors
