Make nails grow faster?

Is there any way that I can make my fingernails grow faster?
I'm trying to grow them out and make them pretty for my winter formal dance.

Well, just don't eat them :D
And theres a nail varnish too for makeing nails grow faster, you could buy it ... I think it helps in sort of a way

Try to snip them or cut them {even if they are stubs}
Scratch things...
Maybe file your nails
Cut them if they get wayy too long...your nails will start growing faster if yoiu do that occasionally

^^I have reallyreally really long nails from doing those things and they grow really fast...

Stop biting for one thing.

Here are a few tips:
1. Massage your cuticles with lotion, because you nails grow faster.

2. Stay out in the sun a little bit more, nails grow faster in heat!

3. Try not to use your nails as tools, because it causes the nail to peel and split

4.Eat a balanced diet with all of your vitamins, as it makes the nail grow faster and stronger.

5. Get a manicure once in a while, it actually helps your nail grow faster!

Lol I don't bite them, for one thing.
I can't go out in the sunshine too often - I live in the Olympic Northwest. (it's sunny about a cumulative month out of the year here).
The other things were good advice, though!

get a top coat that tastes bad so you wont bite anymore. and look real closly at your nails once and a while. I did at school once under a microscope and ewww gross. I do that and it makes me not what to bite my nails.

Lol everyone is telling me to stop biting my nails, but I didn't bite my nails in the first place!

1. you must realize that different nails grow at different speeds but there are things that can help.

2. try bathing you nails in a bowl of hot water and 2 desert spoons of salt for 15mins, this encourages nail growth

3. You can buy some nail growth soloutions but the more expensive they are the worse a job they do

4. some activities can ecourage nail growth too. These activies stimulate blood to the fingers,
activities include:
Playing the piano, typing and even biting your nails(although it is not recomended)

Finally:
Make sure you do not chip or break your nails, if such an event occurs during house work and gardening wear gloves. Whilst growing your nails try wearing polish, this helps you become more aware of what activities can harm you nails, try to avoide using too much polish remover as it dehidrates your nails, if so us hand/ nail creme, instead just top up the polish on chipped areas
