Use a fabric measuring tape (the flexible kind) and measure the area just under your breast all the way around. That will be your number. The measure around the line where your nipples sit (or the plumpest area of your chest) For every inch of difference, you have a cup size. If your original number was 34, for instance, and the bulky part was 36, you're a 34B.
measure ur chest around ur biggest point (generally the nipples), then measure ur chest around the smallest point (top of the cleavage usually) and subtract the small number from the big number. ie: 37-36=1; 36-34=2. the higher the number of inches, the bigger the cup size. 1inch=A, 2inches=B, 3inches=C, and so on.
always round to the nearest whole number! 1.measure under your boobs- If the measurement is even, add 4" if the measurement is odd, add 5" 2. measure your boobs
Step 1: 34" under measurement +4" = 38" band Step 2: 40" over measurement Step 3: 40" - 38" = 2" or Cup "B" Your size would be 38B
