Do you ever get that feeling as if someone were about to hit you, when you're, like, laying in bed?

You get this weird feeling/pain in your head, and it’s very sudden. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? Like, it’s kinda scary… it makes me flinch, even though there’s nothing physically coming..

I need an explanation and I need to know if this happens to anyone else?!

yes I get this from time to time. I will be almost asleep and suddenly my body jerks like it was flinching at something. It is really weird!

Like when your dozing off in bed & out of no where you flinch really hard & wake yourself up ? Aha yeah I do it all the time. Usually when it happens to me I dream I’m riding a bike & I fall & it wakes me up as I’m falling.

hahaha I’m sorry, but that was funny! XD Uhm, yea, kinda. i do jerk up and flinch. But I also get a weird feeling in my head. like a flash of light in my eyes or brain.. I can’t describe it.. but it felt as if though someone hit me in the head with a ball of light. idk.
