You need to realize that junk food in moderation is just fine :).
For myself, I usually like to cut up my junk food into tinier pieces, weird, but it works for me. THe smaller pieces make me feel like I'm eating less.
Also, after I eat junk food, I drink a ton of tea and water. Tea has antioxidants which help get rid of toxins, so I drink both to make myself feel better knowing I'm helping flush my body of toxins.
You could also eat something healthy afterwards. Perhaps a donut, some water and then a slice of tomato, or cucumber, or a fruit.
Really, everyone has different ways to deal with something like this, these are just things that help me.
Do you mean 'bad' as in feeling guilty over eating junk food, or'bad' as in feeling sick/yuck because you ate it? Either way the only way to stop it is to not eat it!! Remember that fast-food and junk food is fine in moderation. Going out for pizza one Saturday with some friends is not going to make you fat but having pizza 4 times a week will definitely start to make you pack on some pounds if you catch my drift. If it's the other kind of 'bad' you mean, then try a different brand or doughnut or even think about the fact that you may be intolerant to an ingredient in it such as gluten or dairy.
No you shouldnt feel bad because at the end of the day its all about calories in calories out. If you are constantly on a calorie deficit you WILL lose weight. If It's the feeling Oh my God, I'm gonna get fat feeling, you can always do what I do and hit the gym after (if it's not too late in the day). But, than again, I hit the gym pretty hardcore every week no matter what I eat. But, that's the thought in my head whenever I eat something that I feel like I'm gonna gain weight.
you are so young and it is okay to eat junk food. i take pictures of the food that i eat so i can post it or send it to friends. for some reason i feel like less of a fat ass for letting someone else know i am eating lol
It depends on how u feel bad... Bad as in sick- milk and/or water Bad as in OMG IM GONNA GET FAT D:- tell urself u need a break
After you eat something junky, go work out. You can level it out :)
