Can you eat junk food, do cardio, and lose belly fat?

Is it even possible to lose belly fat while not eating right. Well, I've been doing cardio for about 2 weeks now and trying to lose my belly fat. However, I only eat junk food so it hasn't really gone away. I'm getting a little impatient. Should I go see a nutritionist or something? I kind of have the skinny fat thing going on. I just want my belly to go away soon. I know I got to get rid of the junk food, but I don't know what to eat.

I know that situp bullshit doesn't help when you got a belly, so don't even give me advice like that. Don't talk about pills, or anything of that nature as well because that's not what I'm looking for.

Anyway, thanks lol. I would appreciate some intelligent responses.
