im 14, im way overweight and honestly cant take it anymore. I just want to go down 2 pants sizes. school starts in 1 month, what do I do?!
Lots of exersize...Every night go on the treadmill...dont have one go for a walk down the road. A fast long walk. If you can...dont accually eat meals...eat little snacks throughout the day. You should weigh the same throughout the day. That way when you wake up you will have lost a pound or two...in one day...that sounds bad...but its healthy your getting all your nutrients && still eating. It works so well.
