Can someone please help...I have really fat hands and I hate them >:( im not even that fat im slim...and it embarrasses me because you nearly need your hands for everything! Help !
I would rather have fat hands than no hands. But listen, I am thin and have chubby fingers. I'm a girl and the chubby fingers look ugly because I can't even grow my nails out to make my hands look my slender...So...I will say that you are probably the only person who notices your fat hands. You are putting yourself under a microscope and don't think that the rest of the world does that...because they don't. But you are doing it. And I am guilty of the same sort of thing. The problem is that we are all trying to be celebrity perfect...and it isn't realistic. Yet if the problem really bothers you, you might want to get some medical tests down to see if you have edema of the hands which might be thyroid related...which is what I have. Another thing you might want to check and see: Are you retaining water? How much salt is in your diet? There are medical explanations for this. Lastly, if all else fails...go to a board certified plastic surgeon (MD) and have the fat excised. I believe this is a non-invasive procedure but make sure that the physician you have chosen specializes in this type of surgery as it is not a common request. Best of luck to you. I have fat hands too...and am learning to love them.
There isn't to much you can do for how your hands are shaped or styled, but you can get on of those hand grips and just squeeze on it for long periods of time, but make sure you take 15 minute breaks and stretch out your fingers/palm so it doesn't put a lot of strain on your hand.
Everyone has different hands, big, small, fat, tiny, a lot of people prefer a little in between and some prefer bigger/fat hands since they usually retain more heat and small hands (bony fingers). so try not to let your hands bother you to much, think of it this way.

And you just made a snappy come back. Try to learn to live with what you have, and with what you don't have. Your body is designed that way for a reason no one may not yet know.
To Be Totale honest by the sounds of it you have it in your head you are fat but you aint you are asking about your fat face & now your fat hands take a good look at your self babes and then look at a fat person two completely different people :D

I think we all have physical attributes that we wish we could change. My advice is that you look directly at your hands and tell them you love them and appreciate them for all the good things they do for you. :)
ok thanks ... I find it hard to say yeah I have nice hands haha is there no excercise I can do to thin my fingers? its is not my hands just my fingers.. sorry if I didnt make that clear
