Ok so I have about 5ish pounds I think of fat on the lower half of my stomach anyway of turning that into a flat or toned area within 3 weeks? Or at least so I see a difference advice needed asap
run. run. run. run. run some more. or swim. and when you think you are tired or done. swim faster and harder or run faster and harder than you did the whole time for an extra minute. and the very best lower stomach strengthening exercise is scissor kicks. My lower abs are the strongest part of my body. I just neglect the cardio so it is still under that lower part. and with the scissor kicks you have to push yourself, because they are hard. I also suggest the pendulum. because that tones your sides. you don't realize how weak they are until you do this exercise lol
I went on the website they avehave it on there I will try to do it, I have done tthe superman things before so thats going to be easy lol how long did it take you to see a difference and how much fat did you have before hand
get womens health magazine, it has a kickbutt workout in there for your abs. it works wonders mine are already getting hard as a rock!
