What are fake plugs?

i saw these earrings at ebay and they say fake plugs. what are they?

they are probably large studs that have a big back to match the front and make it look like you have a plug but they wouldnt be that big because your ear would not be stretched and the earring would go over the edge of your lobe

Well…do you know what spaccers are?? you don’t need to stretch your ear out to fit it in, they are the same on both sides to have the effect of a spaccer but trully you can put it in your ear hole like any other normal stud or earing :)

They are regular sized earrings, but when you put them in your ears…the front and back look like large circles, creating the look of stretched ears with plugs. They are for people who want the look, but do not want to stretched their ears, just like clip on earrings/lip rings/nose rings are for people who want the look but do not want to get pierced yet.
