why cant u just use the real thing as in eyeshadow?.....but heres my answer: you can buy a lipgloss.one that is hypoallergenic and smear it on ur eyes and spread the color. it can also be used as blush..I do this if Im tired off taking so many make up stuff from the drawer but Im warning u that its a lot harder to get off ur eyelids than ordinary eyeshadow.
You really have to be careful when putting things so close to your eye, only products that are designed as makeup should be used near your eyes. You can use eyeshadow, face powder, blush, etc. Your vision and eyesight is easily ruined and its not something you need to risk for sake of beauty.
