I do not see that you need to lose more weight so YOGA is absolutely a very good choice since it is not only to balance your physical condition but also your spirit/soul. You will be reborn in perfect shape :)
Haha! I was just wondering because I want to be able to run easier and my reflexes get faster so I can cacth the ball, kick it, etc. hehe
That can be done only when you have a very stable emotion.You know how fast people move in fungfu are. They do yoga everyday :-)
