What are exercises to make your thighs slimmer?

Okay, I’m fourteen years old, and I’m like 120 pounds. No no no, I dont think thats fat. But I would like to lose a little bit of weight. See, all my fat is like in my legs, on my thighs. And I don’t like it! ha- But I don’t know how to get rid of it. I DONT want to become anorexic. NEVER. But I just want to lose a little bit. So, if anyone knows how to help me, please! Thanks :)

go to the gym obviously, run, and use the leg presses. you can also do squats using a medicine ball. i do that and my legs are really toned. it’s not gonna happen over night but working out 2-3 times a week will get your legs into shape

walking is a great way to tighten the thighs. If you can walk a mile or two a day it builds muscle tone which helps burn off the fat on the thighs.

i’M the same way and I can’t drive plus how long will it take to make my legs toned? I need it despretly!!! :(
